2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We're a simple operation. Most items will be shipped the next business day after an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 1:00PM EST). Orders received after 1:00PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will most likely be shipped within two business day. If you would like the order shipped faster please contact us and we'll consider options.
3. HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship via major parcel carriers (most often USPS, UPS, or FEDEX). When available, tracking numbers are provided for your convenience.
4. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Most orders will in arrive within 3-5 business days. Overseas orders may take longer. Be sure to create a new account or login to your account before ordering so that you can check your account anytime for updated shipping and tracking information.
5. HAWAII, ALASKA, & INTERNATIONAL
We endeavor to make our books available worldwide. As we ship to new locations we do our best to update our shipping rates tables to reflect more precise costs to your region; it is important that we cover the costs of shipping for our small operation. If you would like to request special consideration for a location that does not yet exist on our table feel free to contact us before placing your order and we will get updated shipping rates. Please note this may result in a higher shipping rate.
6. BIG ORDERS
Ordering more than one book? We want to make shipping rates as accurate as possible, so if you are planning to order more than one book, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we'll work out shipping on a case-by-case basis.
7. CHANGES TO RATES
We try to keep our applied shipping rates and the table above accurate and up to date. However, if there should be any discrepancy between applied shipping rates and the table above then the applied rates shall apply. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or errors.
