Returns
OVERVIEW
We always hope you are happy with your purchases, but in case there is an issue or reason you are unhappy, we offer a return and refund/exchange policy in the first 30 days. Generally, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not refundable. Personalized products are not refundable.
There are certain situations where full or partial refunds may be granted only at our discretion, for example, book with obvious signs of use or not in their original condition. We may also, at our sole discretion, accept returns for items more than 30 days after purchase.
2. SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
3. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at charles.c.finn@gmail.com and we will coordinate with you.
4. RETURNING / EXCHANGING GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
5. MAKING A RETURN / EXCHANGE
To ensure that your return is received and processed correctly we ask that you first contact us by email before initiating your return. Please include your order number and copy of your order confirmation/proof of payment as reference in the email.
At that time, we will confirm the return address and any specific instructions for making your return. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we suggest you keep a copy of a shipment tracking number to confirm our receipt of your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the return/exchange is a result of error on our part, we will refund the shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
